This is a year of good and new beginnings.  We will experience many things that we have not experienced in the past.  We all know that the economy has everyone walking on thin ice, but we who believe in Jesus Christ, Yeshua, Yahweh, Elohim, or whatever name we know Him by, can be reassured that He has our back, front, sides, middle, and all the in between spots.  The Bitter Herb is a publication that aims to help all people gain insight and revelation to help maintain the Temple (body).  The Bitter Herb has had a vision for over thirteen years to relay the message of healing the temple using natural methods.  The Bitter Herb blog-spot will have daily tips and information that will help you to achieve a consistent healthy lifestyle change.  There will also be room for you to comment and leave messages. The Bitter Herb Newsletter will be generated, via email, on a bi-monthly basis.  It will have a new design with updated information.  The Bitter Herb will also include recipes and information about programs and happenings around the "Hood". This means that you will have access to two formats which can help you to achieving a healthy lifestyle in 365 days.  The Bitter Herb blog-spot and The Bitter Herb Newsletter are available and free to use.  It is my goal to be of assistance in anyway I can to help you achieve the best Temple (body) you can achieve.
