Going All The Way
We are human and the flesh can sometimes get weak.  We make all types of promises and take on projects that sometimes do not get completed. Together we can help one another to go all the way.  Here are ten tips that can help us to go all the way with our 365 days to a better you.
1.  Start each day out with prayer and a reading of a Scripture verse.
2.  Find a support group.  The Bitter Herb blogspot would be a good one.
3.  Find a friend who can join in with you to getting fit and staying healthy.
4.  Remain accountable to someone.  Keep your vow to loose weight or whatever it is that you may have
     vowed to do this year.
5. Remember to take time out for YOU.
6. Relax, Relate, and Release.
7. Make it a point to get at least 8 hours of sleep, not rest, each night.
8. Stick with your weekly meal plan and try not to get tempted  by quick prepackaged meals.
9. Keep a journal of your daily progress.
10. Fight the good fight and NEVER GIVE UP.
