Perseverance
Means steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc., especially in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement.  This is true when it comes to preparing for any task in life.  We have to persevere in our effort to make our body's better in 365 days.  It is going to take every fiber in us to be consistent and keep up with the tips in this blog and other materials we may be using to get our body's better in 365 days.  Some of us may have already seen some small changes in our health if we have been following a lifestyle change with diet and exercise.  I personally have seen some changes in my own life.  Here are a few that I would like to share with you:
1.  Clothes fitting better.
2.  Attitude is usually upbeat and energetic.
3.  Ability not to let people get under my skin. : - )
4.  PMS either does not exist or is minimal.
5.  Over all feeling of lightness and less anxiety.
Remember if you do something daily, on a regular basis for 21 days, it will become second nature to you and you will  find yourself doing that same thing automatically.  Like making your bed daily.
