Congratulations, you have stepped up to the challenge of getting to a better you in 365 days. The month of January is when most people decide to start a new weight loss program or to do something different in their lives that they may want to improve on. However, the months to follow usually end up with breaking those new good habits that were obtained that first month of the new year. You did it now keep it going! Don't let temptations get to you and don't fall off of the wagon. Keep those good habits up and resit temptation and it will flee from you. As mentioned earlier in the blog, there are still 334ays left in the year and you can make it to the end. Stay focused and tuned into the month of February. I am calling it " The Love Month". Go over all 31 days in January, to include this one, and recap some of your favorite points and tips. Write down ways you can improve your health, how to have a healthy kitchen, herbs that help ease stress, and other tips contained within The Bitter Herb blogspot. You can do it! Thank you for letting me into your life and I hope that these tips and advice will help you achieve a better you in 365 days.
