Determination
Determination - the act of coming to a decision or of fixing or settling a purpose. Wow! What a good word to use when it comes to us taking control of our bodies and changing our lifestyles. It we do not remain determined to change and live healthier better lives, then we might as well sign our own death certificates. We know that only Jesus Christ can preordain, if you will, our very lives and only He can change that destiny. We can, however, take a stand and be determined to build a strong healthy and fit temple (body). Some of us say that the Holy Spirit lives within us. I would think that it would be fitting to take the utmost care of the place where the Holy Spirit dwells. Determine today that you are going to be the best you you can be this year and for the years to follow.
